TEEN Mom Chelsea Houska said she's 'still rocking a tummy' as she showed off her post-baby body five days after giving birth.

The reality TV star gave birth to daughter Walker June, her fourth child, last week.

Chelsea, 29, flashed her stomach just five days after giving birth in an Instagram post.

Showing off her mom curves, she lifted up her brown hoodie to reveal her stomach for a selfie.

Chelsea, who showed off her toned legs in leggings, wrote: "Also let's keep it real, real lol. Wanna keep it open and homey this post-partum journey. The belly still chillin."

She added in another post: "5 days postpartum. Still rocking a tummy that looks a bit pregnant and some huge milk boobs."

She showed off her post-pregnancy figure just days after she announced she had given birth on Monday night.

She revealed that her fourth child had come a little earlier than expected.

The Teen Mom star shared video of her daughter wrapped up tight, and Chelsea captioned the video: "Glow bug for a couple of days. Part of coming a little early."

Walker was meant to come in February, Chelsea revealed last year.

The now mom of four has been sharing tons of adorable pictures of her new child, including one of them just minutes after the birth.

Along with the picture where she smiled happily, she wrote: "What a life we have built," before tagging her husband.

Walker was resting on the Teen Mom 2 star's chest while Cole smiled happily towards their new bundle of joy.

Chelsea also shared a hilarious picture of Cole, poking fun at the fact that he had been sleeping most of the time they were in the hospital.

She shared a picture of a glowing Cole and wrote: "Someone tell me why he's been sleeping and is more tired than me..."

Chelsea and Cole, 32, already share son Watson, 3, and daughter Layne, 2.
