Snow Time In The Garden At Hunter Valley

Keen to see snow near Sydney this winter? The Hunter Valley Gardens are hosting a fun winter escape on their grounds with a huge snow play zone, giant ice slides, an ice skating rink and more. There's amusement rides to go on, exciting snowy activities and heaps of comfort food and beverage options to choose from and it's all happening just 2 hours from Sydney. The Snow Time in the Garden event kicks off this June for a month of fun and games suitable for both kids and adults.

If you’re looking to escape Sydney for some family-friendly adventures this winter, you’ll find it all at this picturesque venue.

There's a mega snow play zone where you can build a snowman, a 45-metre ice toboggan slide, and an ice-skating rink fit for beginners and more seasoned skaters. Rides include the garden's traditional Venetian carousel, the photogenic Teacup Ride, the swing car, a 35-metre-long superslide and more. You can also ride the 25-metre Ferris wheel and get a bird's eye view of the gardens.

Visitors will also find a number of lovely displays spread throughout the garden plus roving performers and daily entertainment. Food and beverage trucks will be on-site with a variety of sweet and savory options to warm up with.
