Say Aloha To Delicious: New Hawaiian Restaurant in Rochester, MN

A restaurant chain with multiple locations operating in Minnesota has expanded to Rochester. They specialize in Hawaiian food and their menu looks really good. Check out the delicious details including when they will open below.

I am pumped to try Rochester's newest restaurant, Song Tea & Poke, because I love Hawaiian food. Loco Moco is one of my favorite dishes, but sadly that's not on their menu.

Song Tea will specialize in Poke bowls (which I also love) and they have a ton of options for their hungry guests to choose from.

Delish explains these: "These colorful, customizable bowls seem to have been everywhere recently, but poke bowls can truly be found all over Hawaii, where they originated. "Poke" refers to cut raw, marinated fish; in these bowls, poke is layered on top of rice with cut veggies and often a combination of sauces!"

Song Tea's signature Poke bowl includes salmon, tuna, yellowtail, masago, sweet corn, tomato, seaweed salad, avocado, poké sauce, furikake rice seasoning, and white rice.

I'm excited to try their Volcano bowl which packs some heat. It has tuna, salmon, jalapeño, cucumber, pickled radish, spicy mayo, hot chili oil, sesame seed, and white rice.

The restaurant also has a huge selection of drinks including boba and matcha teas, milk and tea lattes, and slushies.

Song Tea and Poke is located at 90 14th Street Southwest Suite 500 - the strip mall near Walgreens on South Broadway - and is open every day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

A coming soon sign is hanging on the front window now, but I stopped by on Monday afternoon and was told they hope to be open within the next two weeks.
