Illinois' Most Popular Christmas Song

A new study has revealed the most popular Christmas song in each state for 2022, but do you agree with what came in at number one for Illinois?

We all have that favorite Christmas song or album that really puts us in the holiday spirit. For me, the albums Garth Brooks' "The Magic of Christmas", Michael Buble's "Christmas", or Brett Eldredge's "Glow" are on repeat during the holiday season. Honestly, I love all Christmas music, so it's really hard for me to say which song, in particular, is my favorite...can you?

A financial website called Finance BUZZ recently conducted a survey about the most popular Christmas song in each state for 2022, and here is what it found...

The 1953 classic "Santa Baby," sung by the legendary Eartha Kitt, was the most popular song in eight different states. That's the most states of any song on our list.

Three other songs took the top spot in at least five states: "Jingle Bell Rock," "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," and Jose Feliciano's "Feliz Navidad."

So, what is the most popular Christmas song in Illinois for 2022?

Good job, Illinois...I highly agree with this choice!

FYI, the most popular Christmas song in Wisconsin this year is "A Holly Jolly Christmas" which isn't too bad either.
