Baby activity walkers recalled due to possible safety hazard

Thousands of baby walkers are being recalled nationwide because they pose a potential safety hazard to children.

The recall involves more than 13,000 "Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walkers" manufactured by Asweets.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, small rubber rings on the rear wheels can detach from the walkers and become a potential strangulation hazard.

The company has received 10 reports of the rubber rings detaching from the wheel of the product. No injuries have been reported.

The walkers were sold at Crate & Barrel, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Amazon, specialty children's retailers and online retailers, from October 2020 through March 2022 for between $90 and $120.

If your walker is not labeled with Batch Code 092521SCP01155, 101021SCPO1155, or 012022SPC01155, it is affected by the recall and should be immediately taken away from children until repaired.
